THE SECOND PLACE FOR KC&KO!!

Hello there! Clara is here again!

As you know, this week we have done a contest based on the game Ladders and snakes. In order to play the game, we had to study the current educational Spanish law, LOMCE, and the previous one, LOE.

My experience as the star of this week has been both bad and good.

On the one hand, it has been bad because, firstly, you had a lot of responsibility and pressure this week being the star inasmuch you have to study some aspects of the two laws and then be one of the representative of your group in the contest. Thus, when it was the time of answering the questions, you got very nervous since you were thinking that you had to do your best so that we could win the game and get the price. Furthermore, it was a little frustrating the fact of being so close to win the game and in the last moment fall in a snake and go back a lot of squares.

On the other hand, it has been a good experience, owing to the fact that you, as the star in this stressful week, see the support of your whole team, overall when we ended the game in the second position and every member of the group told us “Congratulations, girls” or “Well done”. Moreover, it has been very interesting to study the two laws and go in depth in order to be aware of the changes in the education field due to the fact that this issue is much related with our future.

Finally, I would like to say that I am very happy that we got the second price (although we were close to win the first price), since you have all your work and your effort rewarded.

Hey! Here is Elena too!

This week I have been with Clara one of the stars of our group for the game!

As she has said this role has had good and bad moments. When we did the raffle two weeks ago and one of the names was mine I laughed to keep from crying. So much responsibility, too much nerves and we knew it wasn’t going to be easy because the other groups had really good representatives.

Our strategy was to divide the six topics in order to make it easier for us, I think we two trust each other and we were sure the other one was going to prepare right her part.

From my point of view, on Thursday we were more nervous than on Monday because we were really near from the final square and it supposed more responsibility.

Moreover, as Clara has said we had bad luck because we felt in a snake in the last moment but otherwise we had good luck in comparison with other groups that couldn’t advance despite knowing most of the questions due to the naughty snakes and its consequently loss of turn.

I’m very happy because we finished the game in the second place and our classmates congratulated us. During the game there were comradeship and competitiveness so it made it exciting and funny. It has been a new experience for us and we have enjoyed it as much as we could!

To finish I want to add that all the groups made a really good job and to thank our group for the support because they have been helping us and solving our doubts during the whole week and it has been a pleasure to work in team with them! Thank you so much ladies! J
