I'm the Facilitator an you know it!

Hello guys! I’m Marta López.

Once more and as last time I’m here being the facilitator of my group, it was a great week as a facilitator.

To start, the task for this week was to create a Fakebook profile pretending to be teachers of a primary school who want to be headteachers; but that’s not all, on the profile we owed defend our position as headteacher with a leadership (authoritarian leaders, participative leaders, transactional leaders and transformational leaders), so we had to create four different profiles on Fakebook one for each leadership.

So we divided the leadership so that in pairs create a different profile from the others. Thus the profiles would be created as quickly as possible. So the distribution was the following:

Authoritarian - Marta and Marina

Participative - Noelia and Holly

Transactional - Paula and Clara

Transformational - Ángela and Elena

The reason we divided the leadership was because we thought that it was not necessary meet up because we just have to find some information about the leadership and then create de profile in Fakebook so we didn’t meet up. In certain way that was good because sometimes we can’t meet together and we also have to split the group and the work and we can’t work together. But apart from that we meet up all weeks.

As we knew that our star Clara had to study our profiles, I made sure that they were all made on Friday, as my colleague Clara wanted them for study them better for the day of the exposition (Monday).

I’m very proud of my group, they have worked very well and they have worked very quickly for the best of our star. I thank each of them for work as well as we have done both in group and individually.

Hope you enjoyed reading our blog, but unfortunately we have reached the end of this course.

And just one comment to my colleagues, thanks for working so good and all moments we have had while we were creating all the tasks. Thank you very much.

See you soon!
