DISMISSIVELY
STANGNANT
SUCCESS
Generally, we haven't had any main problems with illustrating the words; however, two words seemed to be more difficult to represent than the other one: "stangnant" and "dismissively". For this reason, it took us more time to represent these two words. In fact, we were actually in disagreement with each other because we all had different points of view on how to draw the image itself so that the word we wanted to represent was clear.
In addition, the word "success" was the easiest word to represent. Futhermore, this word has different meanings according to the civilization you belong to; for example, in our case, in occidental countries, success can be understood as being wealthy, obtaining good grades or being in a relationship. On the other hand, in other parts of the world such as Africa, in some tribes, success has a distinct kind of meaning; for instance, giving birth to many children and hunting animals can mean a person has been very successful in their life.
In our opinion, illustrating the words by drawing them was a lot easier than trying to find a picture because when we searched online for some of the words, the images we found had nothing to do with the things we had visualized in our heads.
Moreover, we think the other groups may have had difficulties in guessing the words because there were so many subjective words which have different meanings for different people in our class.
